As an Instructional Designer, you'll design high-impact learning experiences that support functional onboarding, product education, and performance enablement across the organization and for clients. You'll work closely with subject matter experts across product, engineering, marketing, and client-facing teams to create clear, effective learning content. Key responsibilities include: - Design and develop instructional content for onboarding, internal enablement, and product education - Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and co-create engaging learning experiences - Write scripts for training videos, product walkthroughs, and demos - Translate complex workflows and product features into clear, actionable learning experiences - Create interactive guides, video explainers, motion graphics, and live training materials - Use Figma to design branded layouts, prototypes, and learning templates - Conduct needs assessments, learner research, and usability testing - Establish frameworks, templates, and systems to accelerate content creation and improve scalability - Audit and iterate content to ensure accessibility, usability, and alignment with business goals Required qualifications: - 3+ years of instructional design, learning experience design, or enablement experience in SaaS/tech - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices - Proficiency in Figma for visual design and prototyping - Experience with e-learning and motion design tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Camtasia, After Effects, Premiere Pro) - Ability to translate technical concepts into intuitive learning assets - Excellent communication and storytelling skills across visual, written, and verbal mediums - Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), SCORM/xAPI, and learner feedback loops Bonus qualifications include degrees in Instructional Design or related fields, B2B SaaS education experience, motion/interaction design background, and LMS platform experience.
