Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking an Inside Sales Team Leader for the UK&I region, based in Bucharest, Romania. This role involves managing an Inside Sales team responsible for executing sales strategy and meeting/exceeding sales quotas for the UK and Ireland territory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and leading the Inside Sales team to execute on regional sales strategy
- Setting business goals and performance targets for the team
- Managing the performance of individual contributors on the team
- Career planning and development of team members
- Ensuring the team meets or exceeds assigned sales quotas
