As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for enterprise health systems, responsible for generating and qualifying sales pipeline across the largest US health systems. You'll identify, map, and engage clinical, IT, and executive stakeholders in complex B2B healthcare environments, driving conversations around Aidoc's clinical AI solutions and aiOS workflow integration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough account research and building stakeholder maps across clinical, IT, and executive personas within large health systems
- Performing targeted outreach and leading initial discovery sessions to qualify opportunities and accelerate deal progression
- Leveraging storytelling to communicate Aidoc's CARE foundation models and workflow integration value
- Nurturing relationships with diverse stakeholders, uncovering pain points, and providing value-added follow-ups
- Supporting account team expansions by identifying whitespace opportunities and coordinating internal resources
You'll work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with territory teams and cross-functional groups. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of enterprise sales, inside sales, or SDR experience in healthcare technology or SaaS, with proven success in stakeholder mapping, lead qualification, and complex B2B deal progression. Bachelor's degree required; knowledge of clinical departments, IT integrations, and enterprise budgeting processes preferred. Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, or similar) is essential.
