Salary: USD 103,800 - 173,000 / annual
Veeam, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for the Commercial segment covering the New England territory. This role is based in Alpharetta, GA with a hybrid schedule (2 days in office, 3 days remote) and involves up to 25% travel.
You will drive new business growth by proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within your assigned New England territory through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups on qualified leads. Key responsibilities include partnering closely with Veeam's reseller and partner network to arrange joint calls, coordinate sales activities, and support partners in closing deals. You'll deliver compelling product presentations and demos tailored to customer needs, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline in Salesforce.com with accurate forecasting, and consistently meet individual and team sales targets.
Additional responsibilities include strategically expanding Veeam's market presence by targeting new accounts and nurturing existing relationships, staying current on Veeam's product portfolio and industry trends, and gathering customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
Required qualifications: at least 2 years of B2B sales experience with high-tech products/services, preferably in Commercial or SLED sectors. Strong preference for direct channel sales experience. Proven ability to coordinate sales processes across teams (channel, engineering, marketing, field). Skilled relationship builder comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of the virtualization industry is valued. Salesforce.com experience is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office tools required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree preferred but equivalent experience considered.
Compensation: OTE $103,800–$173,000 USD.
