Immersive Labs is a leading cyber resilience platform trusted by 30%+ of the Fortune 100 and ranked #1 in the Forrester Wave 2026. The company helps organizations prove their people, AI agents, and leadership decisions are ready for a world where AI is used inside and against the business. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll own a book of business and master the entire customer lifecycle over 18 months—from pipeline building and prospect qualification through customer success and expansion. This is a multi-functional role that develops expertise across Sales Development, Customer Success, and Account Management. In your first 6 months, you'll learn the Immersive One platform and messaging, master sales tools and processes, build cross-team relationships, qualify inbound leads, and build a pipeline of commercial and enterprise prospects. By month six, you'll run standard discovery conversations independently, qualify leads with confidence, and hit your quota for opportunities created. From months 6-18, you'll sharpen core sales skills, own a personal renewal business, capture expansion opportunities, forecast accurately, and develop a deep understanding of the entire go-to-market lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: rapidly qualifying inbound marketing-qualified leads using the Ideal Customer Profile; conducting discovery conversations using structured questioning to uncover customer pain points; coordinating with Solution Consultants on trials and demonstrations; managing a book of accounts with velocity and quality; handling objections confidently using case studies and outcome data; managing the customer lifecycle and handoffs to Enterprise Account Managers; owning renewals and expansion opportunities; maintaining disciplined CRM hygiene; and contributing to team culture through coaching and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of commercial experience in Sales Development, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles. You're curious about cybersecurity and workforce development (not required to be an expert), disciplined in CRM updates and number tracking, thrive in structured fast-moving environments, are resilient to rejection, and view this as an accelerated path to genuine expertise in sales and customer lifecycle management.
