GetYourGuide is seeking an Inside Sales Representative based in Bangkok to drive supplier acquisition and growth in the Indonesian market. You will be responsible for initiating contact with potential experience suppliers (walking tours, day trips, cruises, outdoor activities, museums, etc.) via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels. Your core mission is to deliver compelling value propositions, understand supplier needs and challenges, negotiate favorable terms, and close deals that expand GetYourGuide's experience catalog while maximizing supplier success.
Key responsibilities include pre-call planning and execution, leveraging CRM systems to maintain data integrity, asking open-ended discovery questions, overcoming objections, and meeting/exceeding sales activity and revenue targets. You'll collaborate with team members to share best practices and continuously improve sales approaches. The role requires strong negotiation skills, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work with challenging key accounts.
Required qualifications: minimum 2 years of inside sales, telesales, or B2B customer service experience; fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written); excellent communication skills; demonstrated ability to meet sales targets; and strong business acumen with data-driven decision-making. A plus: hands-on experience with AI tools and willingness to experiment with new technologies to improve workflows.
