Prenuvo is transforming healthcare from reactive sick-care to proactive preventative medicine through award-winning whole-body MRI scans (under 1 hour, no ionizing radiation, non-invasive). The company combines optimized hardware, software, and AI with a patient-centric clinic experience across domestic and global locations.
You will own the full sales cycle for assigned leads, converting warm, qualified prospects generated by the Marketing team into long-term customers. This is a consultative, quota-carrying role based at 5200 Yonge Street, Toronto, with a hybrid structure: fully onsite Week 1, 3 days in-office Week 2, then 2 days in-office ongoing after day 60.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the complete sales pipeline from initial contact through close, with full accountability for your book of business
- Conducting needs-based consultative conversations that align Prenuvo's solutions with customer goals
- Maintaining consistent outbound cadence via calls, texts, and emails
- Developing strategies to improve lead-to-customer conversion rates
- Maintaining accurate CRM records in Salesforce and identifying process improvements
- Partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Logistics, and Business Development to share customer feedback and optimize the funnel
- Delivering consistently high-quality customer experience across every interaction
You bring 2–4 years of full-cycle inside sales or quota-carrying customer-facing experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You have proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and outbound communication tools. Preferred qualifications include experience selling in medical, healthcare, diagnostics, or wellness fields, familiarity with health-conscious or medically motivated buyers, and ability to speak knowledgeably about preventative health. You demonstrate strong consultative selling, active listening, excellent communication, resilience in fast-paced environments, coachability, and genuine interest in health and wellness. A post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) is required.
