Matic Insurance is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive insurance policy sales from major partners. You will conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, overcome objections, and qualify leads for transfer to insurance agents. This role reports to the insurance agency sales manager and offers rapid advancement—the company targets promotion within 6–8 months.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, overcoming objections, and transferring qualified prospects to insurance agents
- Building rapport with clients via phone, email, and text
- Managing the sales process with organized notes and follow-up tasks
- Articulating Matic's value proposition clearly to consumers
- Achieving targets for calls, transfers, conversion rates, and quality metrics
- Working with the sales manager and trainer on licensing to become an insurance agent

Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed base pay: $19.23/hour
- Monthly performance bonuses: $500 target, up to $1,300 based on policies sold, policies per customer, and close rate
