The Inside Sales Associate role is a core revenue-driving position within the Inside Sales Team, focused on remote customer engagement and rapid deal closure. You will be the frontline engine for driving revenue growth through phone, email, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead qualification using CRM systems and referrals, assessing budget, decision-making authority, need, and timeline
- Managing full sales cycles: inbound and outbound efforts, lead nurturing, product demos, presentations, pricing negotiation, and deal closure
- Issuing quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and providing regular sales forecasts to management
- Collaborating with marketing, product, and support teams to align campaigns and relay customer feedback
- Staying informed on product updates, pricing, and competitive landscape
- Post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized institution; 1-4 years of inside sales experience. You must have a strong phone presence, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening and presentation abilities, and the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Working schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Sunday off).
