The Inside Sales Associate will be a core member of the revenue-driving sales team, engaging with prospects and clients remotely via phone, email, and virtual meetings to qualify leads, deliver presentations, negotiate, and close deals. This role operates in a quick sales cycle environment with a focus on rapid outreach and efficient follow-ups using calls, emails, WhatsApp, virtual demos, and CRM tools.
Key responsibilities include:
- Qualifying potential leads using CRM and referrals based on budget, decision-making authority, need, and timeline
- Managing inbound and outbound sales efforts, tracking and nurturing leads through CRM systems
- Delivering product demos and presentations
- Negotiating pricing and closing deals; issuing quotes, proposals, and contracts
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools
- Providing regular reporting and sales forecasts to management
- Coordinating with marketing teams to align campaigns and share market insights
- Relaying customer feedback to product and support teams
- Staying informed on products, services, pricing updates, and competitor offerings
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Engaging in post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and explore cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized college or university; 1-4 years of experience in inside sales. Must have strong phone presence, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening and presentation abilities, and capacity to multitask and manage time effectively.
Working schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Sunday off).
