As Infrastructure Partner Director, you will manage strategic relationships with key hardware and cloud infrastructure partners including HPE, Dell, NVIDIA, Groq, Cloudflare, and their ecosystems (excluding AWS/GCP). This is a technically-minded role focused on expanding Deepgram's deployment flexibility and co-sell opportunities. Your responsibilities include: - Managing relationships with hardware and cloud infrastructure partners - Driving technical integrations, joint solution architecture, and co-engineering initiatives - Identifying joint go-to-market motions with partner sales teams to expand co-sell opportunities - Building strong partner relationships through regular communication to define value propositions and positioning - Monitoring and reporting on joint solution development timelines and infrastructure integrations - Participating in partner and customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close OEM/resale and referral deals - Creating product partner materials for internal and external audiences - Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies Success will be measured by: number of successful infrastructure integrations, OEM/resale and referral revenue, and joint solution development timelines. REQUIREMENTS: - Proven track record in partner management, business development, or technical sales roles within technology or infrastructure industry - Demonstrated experience driving technical and business engagement with hardware and cloud infrastructure partners - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights - Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach with ability to thrive in fast-paced environment - Strong ability to work across departments to set and achieve goals NICE-TO-HAVE: - Strong understanding of AI, speech recognition, or related technology domains - Experience with hardware such as servers and GPUs, or cloud-edge deployment models
