Salary: USD 150,000 - 175,000 / annual
Metropolis Technologies is building AI-powered solutions for the Recognition Economy, transforming parking and expanding into retail and hospitality. The company is seeking a Director, Partner Success to own a portfolio of strategic partners and serve as their trusted advocate across product, data, operations, and finance.
Reporting to the VP of Partner Success, you will focus on driving measurable value and retention for key partners rather than traditional sales. Your responsibilities include:
• Own end-to-end partner success and retention for a strategic partner portfolio
• Serve as the primary relationship owner and internal advocate, channeling partner needs to appropriate teams and driving follow-up to completion
• Develop deep understanding of each partner's business objectives, operational goals, and financial budgets
• Own financial performance of your portfolio, delivering on partner budget commitments while meeting internal financial targets
• Partner with the Data team to produce high-quality weekly updates, Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
• Champion new Metropolis initiatives, products, and service offerings to build value cases and drive adoption
• Unlock growth by adding new accounts within existing partner portfolios and expanding service offerings
• Build durable executive-level trust through consistent delivery, financial discipline, and visible ownership
• Lead resolution of partner escalations by coordinating cross-functional responses
• Represent partner needs internally in product, operations, and data discussions
The role requires approximately 4 days per week in-office in Baltimore, with 5–10% travel for partner meetings, team meetings, and corporate events.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in client success, account management, or strategic customer-facing roles with a track record of retaining and growing complex accounts
• Strong financial acumen, including comfort owning P&L performance, interpreting financial reports, managing budgets, and discussing performance with partner executives
• Clear, concise, professional communication in writing and in person with cross-functional teams and external audiences from site operators to C-suite
• High responsiveness and follow-through on all partner and colleague commitments
• Complete ownership of projects, action items, and commitments
• Ability to build trusted relationships at multiple organizational levels
• Skill in navigating and influencing internal product, data, operations, and finance teams
• Strong data storytelling skills to translate operational and financial metrics into persuasive value narratives
• Composure under pressure to defuse escalations and make sound decisions with imperfect information

• Background in parking industry or experience in real estate, mobility, hospitality, or operationally complex B2B service environments
