Pickle is a peer-to-peer rental marketplace enabling consumers to rent high-quality items from underutilized inventory. The company is live nationwide with 400K+ items and has raised $20M from investors including FirstMark and Craft Ventures. You'll join a fast-growing team scaling creator partnerships across key markets like NYC, LA, and Miami. In this role, you'll own the full influencer lifecycle—from outreach and onboarding through activation and retention. You'll spend significant time on creator outreach, onboarding calls, relationship management, and activation strategy. Your work directly impacts Pickle's growth engine by building scalable systems to grow the creator ecosystem from thousands to tens of thousands of creators nationwide. Key responsibilities include: • Creator Acquisition & Growth: Own influencer onboarding from initial outreach through activation (DMs, calls, closet setup, first rentals). Track and optimize KPIs including calls booked, activation rate, social content output, and referral-driven signups. Build scalable playbooks and manage creator programs across nano, micro, and macro influencers. • Creator Success & Merchandising: Support creators with closet setup, inventory uploads, and merchandising optimization. Create lookbooks and help creators source rentals to wear and share. Develop assets and workflows for better creator management. • Scale Relationships & Engagement: Manage and nurture existing creator relationships across key markets. Deepen connections with creators, tastemakers, stylists, and emerging fashion personalities. Track interests and facilitate personalized outreach. Be highly responsive to creator needs. • Events & Community: Support IRL events that deepen creator relationships and drive marketplace growth (occasional US travel required). Own influencer event RSVPs, guest list strategy, invitations, and RSVP tracking. Drive event performance metrics. Source high-impact closets for ongoing partnerships and popups. • Operations & Feedback: Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, engagement, and performance metrics. Share product feedback and partnership opportunities with internal teams. Core metrics include new creators onboarded (as owners and renters), social content posted and reach, referral-driven signups and rentals, transactions, item upload frequency, rental frequency, UAC, and CAC. Commission is tied to measurable creator outcomes. The team is in-person Monday–Thursday with Fridays optional work-from-home. Additional support is required for evenings, weekends, and IRL events. Requirements: • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, sales, relationship management, or customer-facing roles • Experience managing high volumes of outreach, relationships, or customer interactions at scale (thousands of creators, hundreds of interactions per month) • Genuine enthusiasm for the sales process and measurable results • Excellent communication skills—friendly, clear, persuasive, and collaborative over email, DMs, and phone • Customer-first mindset; ability to make people feel seen, heard, and excited to collaborate • Proactive communicator who surfaces blockers early and takes ownership of outcomes • Highly organized with meticulous attention to conversations, follow-ups, and deadlines • Energized by fast-paced environments and ability to juggle multiple moving pieces • Resourceful and solutions-oriented; comfortable operating without established playbooks • Excited to work at an early-stage startup and roll up your sleeves • Deep familiarity with the influencer landscape and ability to identify emerging talent Nice to have: Marketplace or consumer app growth experience, early-stage startup background, fashion creator or rental/fashion platform experience, fashion or community-driven brand background, active Pickle user, familiarity with Archive, Canva, Zapier, or SQL, strong data and process optimization skills.
