Linktree is hiring an Influencer Marketing Lead to build and scale a creator content program that drives growth. The role owns the end-to-end strategy for sourcing, briefing, managing, and compensating a high-volume roster of creators across multiple verticals. You'll develop repeatable playbooks for creator sourcing, contracting, and measurement that enable the program to scale quickly into new markets and verticals. Key responsibilities include: building and running an always-on creator content program with hundreds of active creator relationships; owning the budget for creator contracts and compensation, including seeding, whitelisting, and affiliate mechanics; partnering closely with the growth marketing team on paid amplification to get proven content in front of audiences fast; establishing systems and processes that allow the program to scale without depending on ad-hoc relationships; and reporting regularly on program performance to inform scaling decisions. This is a strategic, systems-focused role ideal for someone who thinks in volume and automation rather than one-off campaigns. You'll work with the growth partnerships team to take proven larger deals and scale them across many smaller creator relationships. The role requires comfort owning and defending a real budget across many smaller relationships, strong communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders, and experience building scaled, always-on influencer or UGC programs. Linktree is the platform millions of creators and businesses use to manage their online presence, with 70+ million users including major brands like Adidas, TikTok, the NFL, and Manchester United. The company is growing rapidly with 48,000 new accounts created daily and operates globally with offices in London, Los Angeles, Melbourne, and San Francisco.
