Recorded Future, a leading intelligence company serving 1,900+ clients worldwide, is seeking an In-House Counsel to support the EMEA region and ad hoc general legal matters globally. You will report to the Lead Counsel in London and serve as a key member of the Legal team, supporting commercial negotiations with Fortune 500 companies and large public sector organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft agreements with customers, prospects, partners, and vendors
- Support commercial negotiations across the EMEA region with global ad hoc support
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to achieve business objectives
- Review marketing materials and initiatives for legal compliance
- Manage high-volume, repeatable transactional work while handling strategic and unique legal issues
- Work independently and collaboratively with global colleagues
- Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with short turnaround times
About the Role:
This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days per week in the London office. You will be pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and business-friendly, with a "let's make it happen" attitude. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues across the organization.
Requirements:
- Law degree from an accredited university
- Licensed to practice law in applicable jurisdiction (admitted to bar and in good standing)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience
- Transactional training and experience with strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong negotiation skills for both legal and commercial issues
- Ability to manage high-volume work and strategic matters
- Excellent multitasking and time management in fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player willing to support broader organizational goals
- Prior experience in SaaS/tech industry and negotiating with large corporations or public sector entities strongly preferred
