AppZen is seeking an experienced Implementation Success Manager to own end-to-end delivery of Expense Audit and Card Audit implementations. You will manage multiple single- and multi-country implementations simultaneously, from kick-off through design, configuration, integration, testing, go-live, and hypercare. This is a hands-on project management role where you will manage scope, schedule, risk, quality, and stakeholders across complex enterprise deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end solution deployment across all modules, functionalities, integration points, and change management topics; report to global steering committee
- Build trustworthy relationships with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Oversee global/regional Travel & Expense (T&E) policy or template development for multi-country deployments
- Study AP processes and map them to the Autonomous AP solution ecosystem
- Drive requirement gathering and documentation
- Evaluate complex customer business requirements using proven methodology
- Manage development and review of functional documentation (T&E policies, process documentation, conceptual design, technical integration design)
- Independently drive product configuration according to customer business requirements
- Gather detailed integration requirements from Finance Transformation/AP teams and translate into application design
- Act hands-on in complex technical configurations and conduct functional reviews
- Manage UAT test result evaluation and bug-fixing
- Manage and maintain cut-over plans (business and technical)
- Deliver on SLA and commitments under time and budget pressure
Note: This role requires working 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday) to overlap with global customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience implementing SaaS products or relevant business consulting, with track record of managing enterprise implementations end-to-end
- Strong project management skills (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, stakeholder management) with experience running multiple concurrent projects
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Experience with project management tools (GoodDay, Asana, or similar)
- Ability to effectively use, design, and deploy AI agents
- Working knowledge of AI/ML and large language model concepts applied to finance automation
- Knowledge of T&E, expense report, and corporate card processes, policies, and audit controls
- Hands-on understanding of SaaS integration frameworks (APIs, SFTP/flat-file feeds, SSO) for integration with expense management, corporate card, and ERP systems
- Exceptional customer presence and presentation skills; comfortable with C-level executives
- Ability to liaise with multiple internal cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Sales)
