As Implementation Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for client success during onboarding and adoption. You will support and lead client trainings—both virtual and in-person—shadowing implementations and client calls to understand how customers estimate, quote, and run their businesses. You'll own day-to-day client communication via email, live chat, video calls, and ticketing systems, providing fast and accurate responses to questions.
You will build and maintain training content including tutorials, short videos, FAQs, and guides that make complex features accessible to both technical and non-technical users. You'll manage onboarding tasks, follow-ups, and timelines in CRM and ticketing tools, flagging adoption blockers early. As the voice of the customer, you'll capture feedback from trainings and calls and share insights with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
Over time, you'll grow into owning full implementations from Sales handoff through go-live. In the first 30 days, you'll build foundational product knowledge and shadow the implementation team. By day 60, you'll confidently demo core features and co-lead trainings. By day 90, you'll run trainings independently and lead smaller implementations end-to-end.
