CertifyOS is building data infrastructure for modern healthcare, solving the problem of fragmented provider data through an API-first platform that automates provider licensing, enrollment, credentialing, and network monitoring.
As Implementation Leader, you will oversee the implementation and onboarding process for new and expanding client partners. You'll manage multiple concurrent implementations, working cross-functionally with internal teams (product, engineering, operations) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless client journeys from contract execution through go-live.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading implementation and onboarding across all CertifyOS products and services for multiple clients simultaneously
- Supporting clients through standard implementation tasks and platform adoption
- Developing deep expertise in provider licensing, credentialing, and provider data management
- Delivering tailored presentations, training, and reporting to diverse audiences
- Maintaining excellent communication and collaboration across internal and external teams
- Managing multiple tasks independently while coordinating with cross-functional partners
This role is pivotal to client success and the company's growth, requiring someone who can balance detail-oriented execution with strategic client relationship management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
- 5+ years of professional experience overall
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or management consulting
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple simultaneous tasks
- Ability to interact and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams internally and externally
Preferred:
- Strong understanding of provider licensing, credentialing, and provider data management
- Proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, databases, and applications (Google Suite, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Monday.com)
