TradingView, the world's largest financial analysis platform with 100M+ users across 180+ countries, is seeking an HR Business Partner to support its growing global team of 600+ professionals. This role is based in either Tbilisi, Georgia or Limassol, Cyprus, with a hybrid work arrangement (4 days in-office, 1 day remote). As an HRBP, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and managers, supporting them across the full spectrum of HR matters. Key responsibilities include: partnering with managers on HR issues and organizational planning; supporting performance management processes including reviews and calibrations; driving talent development, retention, and succession planning; managing onboarding and adaptation for new employees; facilitating conflict resolution and mediation; conducting exit interviews and analyzing turnover patterns; performing HR analytics on engagement, satisfaction, and retention metrics; and communicating organizational changes during restructuring and transformations. You will work with a headcount of approximately 100 employees, requiring strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand team dynamics and company structure. The role demands excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build trusting partnerships with managers rather than simply executing HR processes. Required qualifications include at least 3 years of HR experience with a minimum of 1 year as an HRBP or in related generalist/manager roles. You must have solid knowledge of core HR processes: performance reviews, onboarding, exit interviews, personnel administration, compensation, and development. Strong analytical skills are essential for working with HR data and proposing data-driven solutions. English proficiency at B2 level or above is required due to interaction with international teams. Preferred experience includes work in large international companies. TradingView offers flexible working hours, well-equipped offices, private health insurance with dental coverage, performance-based bonuses, TradingView Premium access, learning and mentorship opportunities, and regular team events. The company is committed to diversity and inclusion, with a workforce spanning 40+ countries and nearly 20 languages.
