As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of Rippling's Employer of Record (EOR) model, managing critical HR processes for international clients and their employees. You'll own the complete employee lifecycle, serving as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and seamless HR operations.
Key responsibilities include:
**Employee Lifecycle Management:** Lead end-to-end onboarding by collecting client details, drafting employment agreements, and ensuring exceptional Day One experiences. Manage lifecycle changes such as promotions, salary adjustments, and role transitions by preparing and executing addendums with precision.
**Offboarding & Compliance:** Navigate terminations and mutual separations smoothly, coordinating separation agreements, execution timelines, and secure data handling while maintaining empathy and regulatory compliance.
**Payroll Operations:** Prepare, upload, and audit payroll data templates to ensure accurate and timely compensation processing. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain payroll accuracy.
**Process Excellence:** Thrive in a hyper-organized, fast-paced global environment where you solve operational puzzles daily. You'll work with diverse international clients and teams, managing variety while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
