Remote is a global employment platform that helps organizations recruit, pay, and manage international teams compliantly across 80+ countries. The company is seeking a Manager of Time & Attendance for the APAC region to lead the Lifecycle Time & Attendance team.
In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Operations and own planning, implementation, and service delivery for the T&A team. You'll guide and develop direct reports, foster a positive remote team culture across international borders, and drive recruitment and professional development. Key responsibilities include leading performance management cycles, serving as the subject matter expert and final escalation point on high-risk T&A and compliance matters, and managing complex employee relations cases involving wage/hour laws and policy exceptions across APAC jurisdictions.
You'll work in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with an emphasis on SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement. The role requires hands-on people management experience with distributed international teams, deep knowledge of HR operations across multiple countries, and specialized expertise in Time & Attendance compliance, wage/hour laws, and disciplinary processes in various APAC jurisdictions. You should be tech-savvy, comfortable with process optimization and automation, fluent in English, and capable of managing sensitive employee data with discretion. Startup and remote working experience, plus multilingual abilities, are valued.
