Remote is a global employment platform that helps organizations recruit, pay, and manage international teams compliantly across 80+ countries. The company is seeking a Manager of Lifecycle Contracts Management to lead the APAC regional team (covering India, Southeast Asia, and Japan).
In this role, you will own the planning, implementation, and service delivery for the contracts management team across the APAC region. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Operations Contracts Management, you'll be a critical extension of clients' HR teams, navigating global employment compliance with speed and precision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as subject matter expert and escalation point on contract management topics
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise the regional team to build a high-performance unit
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to direct reports
- Collaborate across Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success to execute and enhance processes, workflows, and SOPs
- Optimize team processes and identify automation opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability
- Champion Remote's values and team goals internally and externally
- Scale operations from startup phase to mature delivery
You bring:
- Track record managing HR Operations across multiple APAC countries with deep expertise in local labor compliance and contract management
- Hands-on people management experience with a coaching mindset
- Experience in fast-paced, international, scale-up environments
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in digital tools
- Service-level mindset with focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
- Fluent English communication
- Startup and remote work experience preferred
