Revivn is a profitable, rapidly growing company specializing in end-of-life software platforms and hardware repurposing. The company partners with enterprises like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Spotify to repurpose used technology and make it more affordable and accessible.
This HR Generalist role is based at Revivn's Fresno facility with a Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm schedule. You'll be the primary People Team partner for the Fresno operations while providing remote support to Brooklyn operations. You'll work directly with warehouse associates, drivers, technicians, and facility leadership.
Key responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting for hourly and operations roles across Fresno and Brooklyn—from sourcing and strategy through onboarding. You'll partner with hiring managers to develop talent pipelines, coordinate interviews and offers, and build relationships with staffing agencies and community partners.
On the employee relations side, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, coaching managers through performance management, investigations, and corrective action. You'll handle employee questions on policies, benefits, leave, and payroll, while supporting engagement and retention initiatives.
You'll also manage HR operations including onboarding coordination, employee record maintenance, compliance with federal/state/local employment laws, leave administration, accommodations, and unemployment claims.
Required: 2+ years of HR experience, preferably with hourly or operations-based workforces. Full-cycle recruiting and employee relations experience in fast-paced environments is essential. Strong knowledge of California employment law is required; multi-state experience (including New York) is a plus. You'll need excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. HRIS and ATS experience is valued, with Rippling experience a plus.
The role offers the opportunity to directly impact a growing, mission-driven business focused on sustainability. You'll work with collaborative leaders who value partnership, ownership, and practical problem-solving, and help shape the employee experience at a rapidly expanding facility.
