Together AI, an AI infrastructure company founded in 2022 and headquartered in San Francisco, is expanding its Amsterdam office and hiring across Europe and India. This is a foundational HR Coordinator role—the first dedicated person to hold this combined position in Amsterdam.
You'll own three interconnected areas: (1) end-to-end interview scheduling for Europe and India hiring, managing high volume across multiple time zones and seniority levels in close collaboration with the recruiting team; (2) HR administration including offer letters, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and special projects; and (3) day-to-day office and workplace operations for the growing Amsterdam team, including office maintenance, food/beverage, and employee events.
As the first person in this role, you'll have real ownership over process design and structure. You'll report to Together AI's Talent Operations Partner (San Francisco-based) with high day-to-day autonomy, plus a dedicated local mentor from the International Finance & Operations team for the office/workplace side. There's genuine potential for this role to grow as the Amsterdam office scales.
Key responsibilities include managing interview scheduling across time zones with minimal oversight, handling sensitive confidential information (offboarding, offer details), building and improving processes across all three areas, and partnering closely with recruiting, People, and local teams.
You'll need proven experience coordinating high-volume interview scheduling with minimal oversight, a genuine self-starter mindset comfortable building process from scratch, strong attention to detail and time management under pressure, sound judgment with sensitive situations, empathetic and approachable demeanor, strong communication skills, and flexibility in a fast-changing environment. Experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Gem, etc.) is a strong plus. Prior HR administration or office/workplace operations exposure is preferred. Dutch proficiency is preferred but not required. The role requires onsite presence in Amsterdam four to five days per week.
