Isar Aerospace seeks a strategic, hands-on HR Business Partner to drive organizational impact across their international operations. This role combines strategic HR leadership with operational excellence, advising senior leaders on people strategies aligned with business priorities. You will shape workforce planning, organizational design, and succession initiatives while leveraging workforce analytics to identify trends and opportunities. Key responsibilities include partnering with leadership across Germany, Sweden, and Norway to guide well-founded decisions; championing diversity, equity, and inclusion; ensuring HR policies are compliant and scalable; managing employee relations and performance guidance; and leading change management initiatives with clarity and empathy. You'll work closely with Works Councils, support cross-functional projects, and use Workday for reporting and analytics. The role requires several years of HR Business Partner experience in fast-paced, international environments with strong expertise in German employment law and HR practices. Required qualifications include fluent German and English, solid Workday proficiency, strong analytical and communication skills, and proven ability to lead complex initiatives. Knowledge of Swedish and Norwegian employment practices is valued, as is multilingual capability. You'll travel occasionally to support teams across locations and collaborate effectively across cultures.
