FlixBus is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support across the Europe East business region, based in Warsaw on a hybrid model. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, guiding them through all key people processes. Your responsibilities include managing the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and performance management to compensation, benefits, and career development. You will execute core HR processes including onboarding, employee development, performance reviews, and merit cycles while ensuring compliance with local Polish labor laws and internal policies. You will support the business in achieving strategic goals through workforce planning, organizational change management, talent development, and culture strengthening. A key part of your impact will be driving positive employee experience and acting as a strategic partner to managers at various levels. You will champion HR process improvements and digitization initiatives using tools like Workday and automation, while monitoring HR KPIs and workforce metrics to identify trends and recommend continuous improvements. You bring 3-5+ years of experience as an HRBP with a proven track record of advising and supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle. You have hands-on expertise in HR processes including onboarding, performance management, talent development, and compensation cycles. You are data-driven with proficiency in HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, able to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Your communication and stakeholder management skills are excellent, paired with structured thinking to solve complex challenges. You have solid knowledge of Polish labor law and are fluent in Polish and English, with additional Eastern European languages as a plus.
