Ninja Van is a tech-enabled logistics company operating across Southeast Asia, delivering over 1,000 parcels per minute for 35,000+ merchants. The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to the Head of Human Resources for Singapore, translating business strategy and emerging manpower requirements into actionable workforce plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing proactive workforce plans aligned with the company's business pivot and strategic objectives
- Identifying capability and headcount gaps to support organizational growth
- Advising management on employment compliance matters and regulatory requirements
- Partnering with business leaders to co-create people solutions that enable evolving organizational objectives
- Working closely with Recruitment (blue and white collar) and HR Operations functions to ensure effective execution of workforce plans
- Supporting the translation of compliance requirements into operational practice
