Employment Hero is a global HR and payroll operating system serving over 350,000 SMEs across six countries. As Hero Enablement Manager, you'll lead the design and delivery of learning, development, and capability programs at scale, reporting to leadership and working cross-functionally with business teams.
Key responsibilities include: building a capability engine through re-skilling programs that prepare the workforce for emerging work trends; leading a high-performing enablement team with autonomy and clear performance standards; developing managers faster through practical, skills-focused programs; becoming the internal AI voice, helping teams understand and prepare for AI-driven change; owning leadership development end-to-end from new managers through senior leaders; designing and running AI training to empower employees to build and manage AI agents independently; partnering with function heads to identify capability gaps and design targeted enablement; reducing new hire time-to-effectiveness quarter-over-quarter; navigating senior leadership to clarify scope, solve ambiguous problems, and remove roadblocks; and measuring enablement impact through leader pulse surveys and business outcomes.
You'll thrive in Employment Hero's remote-first, AI-first culture where asynchronous communication and autonomy are core. The role requires deep fluency in AI and emerging technology, proven L&D or people capability experience with measurable impact, comfort in high-growth fast-moving environments, strong commercial thinking that ties programs to business results, excellent communication across all levels, bias toward action, and an outcome-oriented mindset. You'll own your work from day one, access cutting-edge AI tools, work alongside high-performing teammates, and participate in the company's annual global gathering.
