A Place for Mom is seeking a Healthcare Account Executive for their Orlando territory to drive senior care referrals and move-ins. In this outside sales role, you'll be the primary point of contact with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and families in your assigned market, responsible for generating qualified patient referrals and hitting monthly move-in targets. You will develop and own a book of accounts focused on social workers, case managers, and discharge planners within hospitals and skilled nursing centers. Your responsibilities include daily prospecting through cold calls, networking, and service presentations; cultivating new contacts within each account; following up on discharge outcomes to reinforce value; and educating families on senior care options. You'll work closely with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to match families with appropriate communities or home care agencies, leveraging CRM data to manage your pipeline and test new processes. The role requires 3-5 years of outside sales experience with proven quota achievement and lead generation abilities. You should have knowledge of the senior living industry and ideally hospital/skilled nursing facility sales experience. Success requires relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, strong presentation abilities, and comfort with objection handling. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment with willingness to test new approaches and roll up your sleeves. Expect to be in the field daily during a 5-day business week, traveling locally to accounts for scheduled presentations, calls, and impromptu meetings with healthcare professionals and patients. You'll work with your Regional Director to build weekly account plans and deliver on monthly targets. Strong communication, time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) are essential. A bachelor's degree is preferred. This is a mission-driven role where your work directly impacts families navigating senior care decisions.
