Salary: USD 180,000 - 240,000 / annual
ClickHouse, a Forbes Cloud 100 company and leader in real-time analytics and data warehousing, is seeking a Head of Website Growth to own clickhouse.com as a primary demand generation channel. The website serves as the front door for both self-serve and sales-led motions, and this role is accountable for converting visitors into Cloud signups, demo requests, and pipeline.
You will own the complete web strategy, including experimentation, user journeys, and site architecture. Key responsibilities include: building and running a rigorous A/B testing program across key pages; designing thoughtful web journeys and information architecture; maintaining accurate, current content in partnership with Product Marketing and Design; optimizing the CMS and website architecture to enable rapid campaign page deployment; developing personalization and account-based marketing (ABM) web experiences for enterprise growth; leading website localization as the platform expands internationally; maintaining website tracking, event tagging, and attribution reporting; owning cookie consent and privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA); and building and leading the web team as the channel scales.
You bring 7+ years of web or growth marketing experience at companies with product-led growth (PLG) funnels, ideally in developer tools or data infrastructure. You have a proven track record of improving web signup and conversion rates through experimentation and statistical rigor. You are hands-on with modern CMS platforms (Strapi preferred), comfortable with HTML/CSS and AI development tools, and proficient with web analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, or similar), tag management, and session replay. You have familiarity with technical SEO and AI-enhanced optimization (AEO). You are an excellent collaborator and project manager who can align cross-functional stakeholders (Design, Engineering, Product, Marketing) around a roadmap. People management experience is a plus.
