As Head of Value Engineering for the Nordics region, you will lead a team of Value Engineers responsible for the complete customer value lifecycle—from initial landing through expansion, adoption, and renewal. You'll drive end-to-end customer value journeys, manage account growth (ACV expansion), and optimize renewal rates across your regional portfolio. Key responsibilities include: **Identify & Frame Value**: Own the customer value journey from landing through renewal. Translate strategic customer objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases. Communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives in partnership with sales leadership. Serve as executive sponsor across your customer portfolio, positioning Celonis as a strategic business transformation platform. **Create & Scale Value**: Lead customers through the Celonis Value Journey, support deployment of new features and products, and advance strategic growth programs. Ensure customer success, architect improvement measures, and pioneer new methodologies. Direct Value Engineering, Services, and Ecosystem resources. Host QBRs and EBRs to communicate realized value to senior management. **Grow & Lead Talent**: Recruit and develop world-class Value Engineers. Provide hands-on engagement, continuous feedback, and active mentorship. Lead by example using Celonis Leadership Principles. Allocate resources effectively to meet sales, renewal, value, and adoption targets. Communicate success and risks proactively. Required qualifications: - Deep domain expertise in Finance, Supply Chain, or similar areas, with experience in strategic transformation initiatives (Shared Services, System Transformation) - Strong understanding of industry trends and C-suite strategic challenges - Product expertise guiding IT teams through Process Intelligence implementations, with hands-on ability to build dashboards, apps, and action flows - Project management skills for scope, expectations, and timeline management - Proven consulting background with strong analytical abilities - Experience leading teams in a fast-growth SaaS environment
