Deliveroo is seeking a Head of Territory Management to lead the Central London commercial team. You will manage a team of up to six Territory Managers, driving commercial performance across London's diverse restaurant marketplace. Your responsibilities include line managing and coaching the field team, setting territory-level KPIs, and boosting partner performance through advertising sales, local visibility, and co-marketing initiatives. You'll optimize partner operational health by tracking and improving restaurant metrics to enhance marketplace supply and customer experience. Cross-functional collaboration with Sales Managers and Client Partners will be essential to identify cuisine gaps, win key accounts, and build long-term commercial relationships. You'll serve as the internal voice of the London territory, providing on-the-ground market intelligence and strategic insights to senior leadership.
The ideal candidate brings proven commercial leadership with demonstrated line management experience in commercial or account management teams. You need strong problem-solving ability, data interpretation skills, and the capability to devise, implement, and track territory growth strategies. Excellent presentation and communication skills across face-to-face, virtual, and written channels are essential, along with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. You should be agile, adaptable in dynamic environments, and proactive in mitigating commercial or operational risks. Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce is required. Field sales management experience and multilingual capabilities (particularly in Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Swahili, Mandarin, Cantonese, Urdu, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, or Bahasa/Malay) are advantageous but not essential.
