Manifest Global (parent company of Cialfo, Explore, BridgeU, and Kaaiser) is seeking a Head of Talent to build and lead a world-class talent function across five brands operating in over 150 countries. This is a foundational leadership role that owns the complete talent ecosystem: hiring, employee experience, leadership development, workforce planning, and AI-native infrastructure.
The role addresses a critical business reality: by 2030, the world will need 85 million more skilled workers, and 375 million people will need to reskill as AI reshapes industries. Manifest is building an AI-native operating system for talent mobility at scale, and this person will apply that same philosophy internally to build Manifest's own talent function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and scaling the hiring engine across five brands and multiple geographies
- Building a leadership bench and succession pipeline that spans the entire organization
- Creating a workforce plan that anticipates business needs rather than reacting to them
- Developing AI-powered infrastructure that ties talent strategy to business outcomes (capacity, capability, retention, risk)
- Managing talent integration during acquisitions and rapid scaling
- Establishing Talent as a high-performing, self-sustaining function with a seat at the executive table alongside finance and product
What makes this different: Most talent leaders inherit a stable function in a single market. This role spans five brands, multiple geographies, and a growth model built substantially through acquisition. The timing is critical—Manifest is scaling rapidly while the broader overseas education industry contracts, and building the workforce plan and infrastructure now, while patterns are still being shaped, is a materially different opportunity than doing it later.
This is a chance to define how global companies build talent functions for the next decade and prove that talent leadership can operate with the same rigor and strategic voice as other C-suite functions.
