Iron by MoonPay is hiring a Head of Strategic Accounts to lead enterprise relationships and drive revenue growth in the stablecoin and value-movement infrastructure space. You'll own the strategic account management function for a high-growth fintech operating system that powers how stablecoins move through real financial operations—serving enterprises, fintechs, payment service providers, wallets, and marketplaces.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, driving expansion, retention, and upsell across Iron's four core offerings: fund, tokenize, trade, and spend. You'll be responsible for building and leading a team of account executives and customer success professionals, setting strategy for the strategic accounts segment, and ensuring clients achieve their business outcomes on the platform.
You'll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, compliance, and operations to solve complex customer problems at scale. The role requires deep understanding of financial infrastructure, stablecoin operations, treasury management, and cross-border payment flows. You'll represent the voice of the customer internally and drive product roadmap priorities based on customer needs.
