Salary: GBP 80,000 - 125,000 / annual

You will lead Adzuna's European sales expansion as Head of Sales, Europe, based in Putney Bridge, London. This role involves managing a team of 8 across new business and customer success functions, with primary focus on the UK, France, and Germany markets. You'll work alongside the Global Head of Partnerships and CMO to scale the company's presence with job advertisers and enterprise clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating a cross-office European team balancing new business development with customer success and account management
- Owning revenue targets and team KPIs while developing and growing team members
- Managing critical client and media agency relationships personally
- Translating global sales strategy into local market execution across multiple countries and client segments
- Supporting go-to-market strategy for new solutions leveraging 15 years of experience and cutting-edge AI tools
- Collaborating with B2B Marketing, hosting webinars, and representing the company at industry events
You should demonstrate experience managing multi-market, multi-product environments with strong operational discipline. The ideal candidate brings excellent people skills, numerical acumen for campaign optimization, and a continuous improvement mindset. Experience in ad tech, marketplaces, or media buying is valuable. French or German language skills are preferred but not required.
