Upway is the leading platform for certified refurbished e-bikes operating across Europe and the US. The company buys, refurbishes, and resells e-bikes through a rigorous technical process, making sustainable mobility more accessible while delivering a seamless customer experience. As Head of Sales for the Benelux region, you will lead the B2B Sourcing team responsible for securing high-quality second-hand e-bikes from professional partners. This is a pivotal growth role where you'll build and lead a high-performing team while engaging key accounts including major retail chains and buying groups across Dutch and Belgian markets. Key responsibilities include: - Building, coaching, and leading a high-performing B2B sourcing/sales team - Unlocking and developing key retail partners and buying groups through effective negotiation and long-term partnership building - Defining comprehensive B2B sourcing strategy for the Benelux market, including portfolio management, partner tiering, and field cadence - Owning team performance through tracking and improving KPIs such as bikes sourced, portfolio growth, and activity rate - Leading deployment of new partnership services (pickup, dropoff, maintenance) and co-designing partner communications - Designing and implementing scalable sales processes, CRM workflows, and operational frameworks You bring 5+ years of B2B Sales or Business Development experience with a strong "Sales DNA" (FMCG, SaaS, or Field Sales background valued). You have 3+ years of management experience with a proven track record building sales structures from the ground up. You are strategic, able to structure and prioritize team efforts based on quantitative and qualitative insights. You are energized by field work and willing to travel 60-80% across the Benelux region and occasionally Southern Europe. Native Dutch fluency and professional English proficiency required; French is a plus. A genuine passion for cycling and the industry is essential to building trust with partners.
