Yardstik is seeking a Head of Product Marketing to own the company's positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across its Human Trust Platform. The role bridges the gap between what Yardstik has built and how the market perceives it.
Key responsibilities include conducting ICP and competitive research to inform positioning; developing messaging architecture for each industry vertical and product line; leading sales enablement initiatives including materials, training, and workshops; owning product launches from naming through execution; creating and maintaining sales resources; and representing Yardstik at webinars, conferences, and analyst meetings.
The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of product marketing experience at B2B software companies, with end-to-end ownership of positioning, messaging, launches, and enablement. Strong writing and presentation skills are essential, as the role involves significant communication with sales teams and public-facing activities. Experience in technical or regulated categories is preferred, or demonstrated ability to quickly master complex domains. The candidate should be a self-directed builder who conducts real research and translates it into actionable materials.
