PolyAI is hiring a Head of Product Marketing to lead the product marketing function for its Agentic Dialog Platform. The company builds conversational AI agents powered by Raven, a proprietary dialog model trained on over a billion enterprise conversations. PolyAI serves hundreds of enterprises across 75 languages and 25 countries, including Metro Bank, Marriott, PG&E, and UniCredit. In this role, you will own PolyAI's core product messaging, positioning, and competitive intelligence. You'll develop a comprehensive product marketing strategy that enables consistent, on-brand messaging across analyst relations, content, and demand generation. Key responsibilities include: - Create resonant messaging and positioning that drives commercial outcomes for PolyAI's voice AI products - Develop go-to-market strategy and sales enablement to improve win rates - Conduct competitive analysis and maintain a database of competitive intelligence for sales, marketing, and leadership - Work with marketing and sales leadership to prioritize market segments and develop buyer personas - Develop sales collateral and content that reduces friction in the sales process - Build customer understanding through interviews, partnerships, and industry expert engagement - Support enablement initiatives across the revenue organization - Collaborate on thought leadership strategy and contribute as a company spokesperson - Scale and lead the product marketing organization as the company grows You'll need 8+ years of B2B tech marketing experience, with a track record of developing product messaging and positioning strategies. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and content teams, as well as the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling market narratives.
