Heidi Health is building the future of healthcare by providing AI-powered clinical tools that reduce administrative burden on clinicians. The company has achieved significant scale in 18 months, supporting over 2.5 million patient sessions weekly across 190+ countries with a freemium medical scribe product that clinicians love.
As Head of Product Marketing, you will own the strategic positioning and messaging for Heidi's AI Care Partner platform category. Your core mission is to shift market perception from "scribe company" to a comprehensive clinical AI platform spanning documentation, clinical evidence, and patient communications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and own positioning and messaging across clinician, enterprise, and patient audiences, tailored by specialty, buyer type, and geography
- Partner directly with product leaders to shape narrative and go-to-market strategy, serving as the person who names and sells what the product team builds
- Execute end-to-end product launches from alpha through enterprise rollout, defining tiers, readiness gates, and success metrics
- Translate complex AI and clinical capabilities into compelling, clinician-authentic value stories and proof assets
- Set market-readiness and quality standards with the product team, incorporating clinician and enterprise feedback into roadmap planning
- Shape packaging, pricing, and monetization strategy to drive adoption across both PLG and enterprise channels
- Build competitive and market intelligence capabilities, translating insights into actionable inputs for product, growth, and sales teams
- Cultivate relationships with analysts, key opinion leader clinicians, and ecosystem partners to establish category credibility
- Lead and grow a product marketing team focused on launches, competitive intelligence, customer marketing, and enablement
- Serve as the connective thread between product, brand, and growth functions to ensure market experience aligns with product delivery
You'll need 8+ years of product marketing experience with a track record of shipping meaningful work. Ideally, you've built category positioning from scratch in a previous role and are comfortable making strategic calls with incomplete data. Hands-on experience with AI—through building, prototyping, or side projects—is essential. You default to building over requesting, think strategically about long-term impact, and thrive in a mission-driven environment focused on healthcare transformation.
