As Head of People, you will serve as a core member of the executive team, reporting directly to the US-based CEO. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building and maintaining a unified, high-performance culture across the company's global operations.
Key responsibilities include:
**Strategic Talent Acquisition**: Lead end-to-end recruitment for software engineers in Serbia and sales/operations roles in the US and Western Europe. You will leverage domain expertise in automotive software and embedded systems to identify top talent, and build a world-class hiring process that reflects the company's commitment to quality and speed.
**Performance & Organizational Health**: Develop and implement clear, objective performance metrics. Support engineering leads in Serbia with managerial coaching to develop their leadership capabilities. Ensure a unified work style across the US and Europe, focused on proactive communication, ownership, and results.
**Operations & Compliance**: Serve as the internal authority on Serbian labor law, ensuring all contracts, benefits, and workplace policies are compliant and competitive.
