GetYourGuide is seeking a Head of Paid Social to own the strategy and execution of Meta advertising as a core growth engine. This is a hands-on individual contributor role combining strategic depth with day-to-day execution. You will lead the full stack of Meta paid social activities including bidding strategy, audience targeting, user journey optimization, tracking, and measurement. Key responsibilities include setting iROAS, ROAS, and spend targets; developing advanced bidding and budget allocation strategies; implementing AI and marketing control plane (MCP) automation into paid social workflows; and strengthening measurement through triangulation methods including incrementality testing and platform-side signals. Cross-functional collaboration is central to the role—you'll partner with Creative, Product, Measurement, and other paid social channel owners to scale Meta in line with platform and AI innovations. Required qualifications: 6+ years of hands-on paid social experience with proven track record scaling Meta 10x while maintaining or improving efficiency. Deep expertise across Meta's full stack (campaign structure, bidding, user journey, catalog/feed, pixel/CAPI, tracking, creative testing). Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Smartly.io, and creative automation platforms. Strong command of optimization levers: bidding, creative, and user journey. Working knowledge of AI and MCPs applied to marketing (agentic automations, LLM integrations with ad platforms). Deep expertise in measurement triangulation and tracking setup (pixel, CAPI, server-side). Advanced analytical skills including SQL and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, data visualization). Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin; hybrid model requires 3+ days per week in office (Mon, Tue, Thu). Company offers annual personal growth budget, mentorship programs, stock options, pension scheme, 30 days remote work flexibility, quarterly team events, monthly transportation and fitness budget, language reimbursement, and health/wellness benefits.
