As Head of North Island, you will lead a team of 30+ sales representatives driving regional growth toward hundreds of millions in ARR. This is a full-cycle leadership role spanning new customer acquisition, account management, and team development. You'll own sales strategy, target-setting, pipeline management, and KPI tracking while coaching your team to excellence week-over-week.
Key responsibilities include: developing and executing regional sales strategy; hiring, mentoring, and performance-managing the North Island team; managing complex customer lifecycles from onboarding through expansion; ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration with Launch, Support, and Product teams; and building relationships with New Zealand's influential farming leaders.
You'll balance time on farms with customers, strategic planning, and team coaching. The role demands commercial acumen, competitive drive, technical sales strength, and the ability to inspire teams toward ambitious, previously-unseen targets. You thrive under pressure in high-stakes moments and excel at building trust, managing large pipelines, and advocating for customer solutions.
