As Head of Marketing, you will lead all marketing strategy and execution for the company. This is a people-management role responsible for building and scaling the marketing function from the ground up or expanding an existing team. You will own go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, product marketing, and marketing operations. Your responsibilities include developing marketing campaigns that drive awareness and adoption among financial institutions, fintech companies, and enterprise customers who rely on income verification and payroll data access.
Key areas of focus include:
- Defining and executing the overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Building and managing a high-performing marketing team across multiple disciplines
- Developing positioning and messaging that resonates with B2B enterprise and fintech audiences
- Driving demand generation and pipeline creation through digital, content, and partnership channels
- Collaborating with product and sales leadership to ensure market fit and customer success
- Managing marketing budget and demonstrating ROI on marketing investments
- Establishing brand presence in the fintech and financial services ecosystem
