Salary: USD 175,000 - 200,000 / annual
Trek Health is an early-stage healthtech company building products that help healthcare organizations make smarter decisions with better data and intelligence. The company transforms complex healthcare pricing and contract information into actionable products for customers.
As Head of Marketing, you will own demand generation and pipeline growth while building on Trek Health's brand, voice, and industry thought leadership. This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role in a Series A environment where you'll operate across both product-led and sales-assisted motions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own quarterly and annual SQO and pipeline targets with clear reporting on coverage, attribution, conversion, and CAC payback
- Set marketing strategy and roadmap while building systems and executing programs directly until the team scales
- Build and scale a balanced demand engine across outbound, inbound, lifecycle, and product-led channels with accountability for pipeline contribution by channel
- Develop enterprise programs including ABM, targeted campaigns, and sales enablement that support enterprise deal cycles while converting PLG usage into qualified pipeline
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to shape ICP, messaging, and lifecycle programs
- Own Trek Health's brand, voice, and positioning; lead content, analyst relations, PR, and industry event strategies
- Manage the marketing budget and tech stack, implementing attribution, funnel tracking, and ROI measurement
- Hire, develop, and lead the marketing team, scaling thoughtfully as pipeline targets grow
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including early-stage or high-growth environments
- Proven success leading demand generation in PLG-driven organizations with meaningful enterprise customers
- Ability to work with lean go-to-market teams, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product
- Strong understanding of ABM, campaign-driven pipeline, and sales enablement
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, building systems while executing, and adapting as the company scales
- Experience owning brand, content, and thought leadership while being accountable for measurable demand outcomes
Bonus qualifications include healthcare/healthtech marketing experience and experience marketing data-intensive or workflow-oriented B2B products to operational, financial, or strategic decision-makers.
This foundational leadership role reports directly to the CEO and offers direct influence on revenue generation, team development, and company execution. The role is hybrid, based in the San Francisco Bay Area with 2-3 days per week required in office.
