Silvur is modernizing retirement decision-making in America by partnering with financial institutions to deliver personalized tools, educational resources, and connections to healthcare and financial services. The company serves millions of credit union members through a white-labeled platform and recently launched Silvur Insurance, a full-service tech-enabled insurance agency focused on Medicare guidance. As Head of Marketing, you will lead Silvur's marketing strategy and execution across both the core platform and insurance offerings. You'll report to leadership and own the complete marketing function while also contributing hands-on work as the team scales. This is a hybrid role based in Washington, DC, with flexibility to work from WeWork locations. Key responsibilities include: developing comprehensive marketing strategy to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention across 40+ credit union brands; executing data-driven B2B and B2B2C campaigns across paid, organic, direct mail, social, and email channels; creating product marketing content (written, audio, video) to support member engagement and retention; supporting sales through events, lead generation, and thought leadership; managing marketing data pipelines and analytics; overseeing brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and creative development; and leading a small team of marketers and designers. You'll be expected to embrace AI-powered workflows and tools (Claude, ChatGPT, HubSpot, Umami, Asana, Canva) to build scalable solutions and automations. The role requires building systems that multiply single assets across dozens of partner brands and managing multiple priorities in a fast-growing startup environment. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent); 10+ years in marketing, sales enablement, or B2B/B2C/B2B2C roles with proven ability to drive sales, adoption, and retention; prior startup experience with comfort in ambiguity; strong digital marketing expertise (paid advertising, social, content, email, direct mail); proficiency with CRMs and lifecycle marketing platforms; and data-driven decision-making skills.
