As Head of Marketing, you will own Pylon's positioning, messaging strategy, and growth narrative. This is a leadership role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution. You'll set product marketing and messaging strategy that anchors all marketing efforts, drive pipeline as a company-level metric, and lead a team of six covering product marketing, brand, content, events, and performance marketing.
Key responsibilities include: translating Pylon's complex product into differentiated narratives for buyers, reps, and the board; driving end-to-end product launches with go-to-market plans and sales enablement; elevating brand and messaging with a growth lens tied directly to pipeline; leading and developing a cross-functional marketing team; building and executing overall marketing strategy aligned to business and revenue goals; setting marketing OKRs and reporting to executives and the board; owning pipeline generation strategy and multi-channel demand generation (paid, events, content, inbound); partnering with Sales on GTM alignment and attribution; and building the team further as the company scales.
You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team on go-to-market strategy at a company already proving product-market fit and scaling rapidly. The role requires strong analytical instincts, comfort with Salesforce and attribution tooling, and the ability to operate at the executive level while remaining hands-on when needed.
