You will serve as Head of Marketing, reporting directly to the CEO, owning the entire marketing function for the company. This is a strategic and operational role requiring both big-picture thinking and hands-on execution in a lean, fast-moving environment. Key responsibilities: - Partner with leadership to set marketing strategy, balancing long-term initiatives with quick wins - Own the marketing budget; make disciplined tradeoff decisions across channels and vendors, and communicate ROI in executive-friendly terms - Build and lead a small, high-performing core marketing team; identify where contractors and vendors add capacity; manage external relationships for quality and output - Own messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for Prowork (the company's flagship product launch), articulating value clearly as the product evolves - Drive brand awareness and generate high-quality sales pipeline in close partnership with sales and business development teams - Operate the marketing tech stack confidently; ensure data, attribution, and workflows support both platforms without a dedicated ops hire - Elevate brand identity through cohesive storytelling and consistent cross-channel presence - Translate marketing execution and performance into clear narratives for executives and board members Requirements: - 12+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including leadership roles in high-growth companies, with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes - Proven success balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in lean, fast-moving organizations - Strong point of view across product marketing, demand generation, brand, and pipeline development - Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce; demonstrated curiosity for AI-powered GTM technologies - Strong understanding of marketing measurement, attribution, forecasting, budgeting, and ROI analysis - Experience building high-performing teams and effectively leveraging agencies and contractors to extend capacity - Proven ability to partner closely with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership to drive company growth
