Mosaic is an AI-driven deal modeling platform for private markets, trusted by leading investors like Apollo, Warburg Pincus, and CVC. The platform automates core deal analyses (LBOs, DCFs) and combines deterministic calculations with AI-powered ingestion to generate audit-ready outputs for private equity, private credit, and investment banking teams. As the first marketing leader at this Series A company, you'll report directly to the CEO and build the marketing function from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on strategy execution rather than inheriting an established team. You'll partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Engineering to shape go-to-market strategy and drive growth. Key responsibilities include: defining product positioning and competitive differentiation; developing go-to-market strategies for new products; creating content that educates investment professionals and supports the buyer journey; driving organic growth through content, SEO, and AI discovery platforms; partnering with Sales on campaigns and pipeline generation; owning the website and digital presence; developing customer advocacy and thought leadership programs; and measuring marketing performance across awareness, engagement, pipeline, and adoption. You'll need 5+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software with significant product marketing experience. Strong product storytelling skills, ability to market complex technical products to enterprise buyers, and a customer-first mindset are essential. Experience in high-growth or early-stage environments, data-driven marketing, modern content marketing, and SEO is required. Nice-to-haves include experience with AI-powered products, Seed to Series B scaling, and familiarity with private equity or investment banking. The role offers competitive base salary, early-stage equity, health/vision/dental coverage, 401(k), unlimited PTO, and team building events.
