Vendelux is a Series B AI-powered SaaS platform that brings transparency and measurability to event marketing. The company helps enterprises discover, evaluate, and optimize their event strategy using proprietary AI-driven insights across hundreds of thousands of events globally. Vendelux's ecosystem includes partnerships with event organizers who share first-party data, and the platform extends into meeting intelligence, enabling go-to-market teams to identify high-value attendees and book 1:1 meetings at events.
As Head of Growth Marketing, you will own and scale Vendelux's marketing-led pipeline and product-led growth strategy. This is a player-coach leadership role where you set growth strategy while staying close to execution. You will directly manage two marketers and personally drive key programs, experimentation, and acquisition initiatives.
Key responsibilities include: owning global demand generation strategy across paid media, email, content, SEO, ABM, and PLG channels; driving growth KPIs for the mobile app (acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, conversion); building and optimizing PLG acquisition and lifecycle programs; partnering with Product and Product Marketing to improve user activation and retention; developing and operationalizing marketing funnel metrics and reporting; scaling ABM programs for target accounts; amplifying event-driven pipeline; leveraging AI tools for personalization and content creation; designing content frameworks aligned to the buyer journey; and implementing attribution models to measure performance and optimize ROI.
You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Product Marketing to ensure full-funnel alignment from awareness through product adoption and opportunity progression. The role is based in Vendelux's NYC headquarters with 3-4 days onsite per week.
