Act is an early-stage, well-funded cloud security company focused on reducing cloud risk by removing excessive and unintended access across cloud environments. The company was founded by repeat security operators who previously created Medigate (acquired by Claroty).
You will build Act's growth function from scratch as Growth Marketing Manager, reporting to the CMO. You'll own the full pipeline from first touch to qualified opportunity, designing, launching, measuring, and optimizing programs end-to-end.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own growth campaigns end-to-end: define audiences, offers, and channels; launch campaigns; test conversion journeys; and scale what works.
- Manage the BDR team: set priorities, coach execution, track performance, and align outreach with campaigns and target account plans.
- Build account-based programs: partner with Sales to prioritize accounts, map buying committees, and create tailored plays.
- Run paid acquisition: manage and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn and other channels, including sponsored founder thought leadership.
- Turn engagement into pipeline: build nurture and follow-up journeys around website visits, content, webinars, and events with clear handoffs to Sales.
- Own marketing operations: manage HubSpot as the system of record for campaigns, lead flow, scoring, and routing; connect enrichment, intent, and automation tools.
- Own measurement: track attribution, account engagement, and pipeline contribution to guide priorities and investment.
- Drive SEO and GEO: improve Act's visibility in search engines and AI-generated answers through technical optimization and content strategy in partnership with Product Marketing.
You'll work closely with sales, product marketing, and agency partners in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where you can see your work go live within days.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B growth or demand generation, ideally in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or cloud infrastructure, with a track record of generating qualified pipeline.
- Experience managing and coaching BDRs and building account-based programs in close partnership with Sales.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and HubSpot, including workflows, lead scoring, routing, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills across attribution, funnel performance, and conversion optimization.
- Solid SEO knowledge and curiosity about GEO and AI-driven discovery.
- Strong English writing skills and a hands-on approach: ability to turn technical ideas into clear campaigns, build a plan, and execute it.
